Get a great and fun aerobic workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, burn fat, tone muscles and increase flexibility. Classes are for Adults 18+. Classes are for all levels of ability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30PM-7:30PM on the dates below. Classes are held in the UNICO Building, located at 1 UNICO Way in Mittineague Park.
